What materials do you use?
All Wilde Form jewellery is crafted with high-quality cubic zirconia stones, set in sterling silver or brass. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to be both beautiful and durable.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Our sterling silver options are generally hypoallergenic. However, if you have metal sensitivities, we recommend double-checking the product description before purchase.

How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your Wilde Form pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

How long will it take to get my order?
We dispatch orders within 2 working days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes a minimum of 48 hours.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Returns

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges as our pieces tend to sell out quickly.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We can only process a refund once the item has safely reached us.

How do I start a return?
Simply contact us at info@wildeform.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?
We recommend using a ring you already own and comparing it to our sizing chart. If you’re unsure, it’s safer to size up!

What if I order the wrong size?
Since we don’t offer exchanges, please make sure to double-check your sizing before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Wilde Form uses encrypted checkout systems to keep your details safe and secure.

1-Year Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This covers any faults in materials or craftsmanship under normal, intended use.

Important Warranty Notes:

  • Damage due to misuse — such as bending, pulling, or wearing jewelry while showering, swimming, or exercising — is not covered.

  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

  • If you believe your piece is eligible for warranty repair or replacement, please contact us at info@wildeform.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
