Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (UK – 3–5 business days): Free on orders over £40, otherwise £3.95

International Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns 

We hope you love your Wilde Form jewellery, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as Wilde Form is not responsible for lost return parcels.

How to Start a Return:
Please email info@wildeform.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Due to the limited nature of our collections, our pieces often sell out quickly. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order to avoid disappointment.
